What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:

• Hosting personalised apartment tours that make every customer feel genuinely welcome.

• Helping prospective residents find not just an apartment, but a lifestyle they'll love coming home to.

• Following up with confidence and genuine care to turn great conversations into signed leases.

• Creating beautifully presented display apartments and amenity spaces that inspire customers from the moment they walk through the door.

• Understanding the local market and what makes our community stand out.

• Working closely with our onsite Community Team and Central Leasing Team to create an exceptional experience for every customer.

• Tracking your leasing performance, celebrating the wins and always looking for ways to improve.

About you

You're someone who genuinely enjoys being around people. You bring positive energy, take initiative and love staying busy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards goals and get a real kick out of helping customers while achieving great results . You enjoy working with people who support each other, celebrate success together and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help when it's needed.

You don't wait to be told what needs doing, you notice the details, jump in and make things happen. Maybe you've worked in real estate, retail, hospitality, aviation, hotels, fitness, travel or another customer-focused sales role. If you're great with people, motivated to succeed and looking to build a career in property, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous real estate experience isn't essential; we're backing potential as much as experience.

You'll need

• An Agent's Representative Certificate is highly regarded. If you don't have one but think you'd be a great fit, we'd still encourage you to apply.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Confidence building rapport quickly and creating memorable customer experiences.

• A target-driven mindset and a desire to achieve great results .

• A current driver's licence.

• The ability to obtain National Criminal History and Working with Children Checks.
