Pest Management Professional

Terminix Service, Inc. of Glenville, NC is hiring a full‑time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route by selling services, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections and performing pest control services. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. Schedule appointments and conduct home inspections. Perform pest control treatments and document work. Sell and upsell additional services. Maintain and operate a company truck. Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing respirators. Work in confined spaces and various weather conditions. Travel to multiple job sites within the route. Qualifications No experience necessary; paid training provided. Pass background check and drug screening, have a valid driver’s license. Good driving record and ability to operate a company truck. Physical ability to crawl in confined spaces and stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Sales ability and self‑motivated approach. Willingness to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in all types of weather.
