What You'll Do Actively engage in activities and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling and positive reinforcement. Maintain open communication with parents through progress reports and informal discussions. Bi-Annual assessments and parent conferences with customized portfolios. Plan and implement emergent curriculum that meets the unique needs and interests of our students. Adhere to all center policies and state regulations. Requirements Full background check Ability to work with children of all ages. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Associate or Lead qualified teacher. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. An understanding of child development. Full time Position (40 hours).
