Retail Display Installer - Technology

Job Overview Job Type: Per Required Need (Field Service Representative) Work Location: Market - SS - CA - Mission Viejo Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends not required). Compensation: $20.25 per hour. Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field service management communication within 24 hours. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations with 2+ people; provide feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Job Requirements Age 18 or older (insurance requirements). Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within any rolling 30‑day period. Physical: climb ladder up to 10 feet, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptable to changing tasks and work environments. Effective communication via phone, text, email, smartphone; upload photos, use applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploads. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
