Details Home health setting providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Manages an assigned patient caseload independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EPIC EMR experience required Requirements Active RN license in California required Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor required Valid driver's license required, must be 21 years or older Current automobile insurance and reliable personal vehicle required BSN preferred Prior acute care facility or home care experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required Additional Information Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments and updates plans of care as needed Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care and coordinates services with other disciplines Educates and counsels patients and families on healthcare and nursing needs Documents patient care delivery, status, and response to treatment in accordance with policy Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered Candidates with any prior adverse licensure action will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-748630.
