Details Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, working 36-48 hours per week EPIC EMR experience required Requirements Active CA RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or ARC accepted) Minimum of 3 years of recent ER experience required, with experience within the last 3 months BSN and acute care facility experience preferred No prior disciplinary action on license permitted Additional Information Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and develop care plans Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote a safe, healing environment Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as traveler candidates Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered Required vaccinations must be completed as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available American Traveler Job ID P-748633.
