Key Responsibilities:

·Enter and process customer orders accurately.

·Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

·Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries.

·Work with multiple departments to provide administrative support.

·Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

·Perform data entry and maintain records.

·Sort and distribute incoming mail.
