Location: Ft. Apache Las Vegas, NV

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing fast-moving case coordination? We are seeking a proactive Lien Specialist to support personal injury patients throughout their treatment journey while coordinating with attorneys, providers, and billing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex workflows with accuracy and accountability.

About the Role

As a Lien Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of personal injury lien cases from referral intake and scheduling through settlement tracking and lien closure documentation. You will serve as a key point of coordination between patients, attorneys, providers, and internal departments to ensure cases move efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personal injury referrals from intake through settlement closure
• Obtain attorney confirmations and completed lien agreements before treatment
• Request and track policy limits, liability status, and UM/UIM information
• Manage appointment confirmations, reschedules, and no-show workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation within ECW and CRM systems
• Support provider note locking and billing packet preparation
• Send billing updates and documentation to attorneys
• Track settlement timelines and assist with payment follow-up
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and records
• Support workflow tracking, reporting, and audits

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of experience in one of the following:
  • Medical liens
  • Personal injury coordination
  • Medical billing
  • Legal administrative support
• Strong coordination and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience using ECW or similar EMR systems
• CRM workflow experience
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 basics
• Knowledge of personal injury terminology including policy limits, liability, and UM/UIM
• Bilingual Spanish

Work Environment

• Full-time onsite role (MondayFriday)
• Clinical office setting
• Occasional coordination outside standard business hours
• Possible local travel for attorney liaison coordination
