Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite with free parking)

Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Schedule flexibility is required and require weekend coverage)

Interview: Virtual Pay range - Depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule Flexibility

• Most assignments are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Schedule flexibility is required
• Some locations may open as early as 6:00 AM
• Some locations may remain open until 7:00 PM or later
• Some sites may require weekend coverage
• Work schedules may vary based on business needs and customer requirements

Work Location & Travel Requirements

• One primary worksite: Cleveland, OH 44114
• Position supports multiple client locations
• Employee will travel between locations and cover several sites
• Free parking is available at some locations
• Parking expenses may be reimbursed where applicable
• May be required to move between locations during the same day
• Must be able to cover locations within a 4050 mile radius
• May require:
• Valid, violation-free driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum auto insurance coverage as required by client policy
• Frequent local travel required
• May be asked to report to alternate sites on short notice

Position Overview

• Daily responsibilities include:
• Printing
• Copying
• Scanning
• Mail sorting
• Mail delivery
• Other office services tasks as needed
• May provide reception desk coverage
• May serve as first response for printer/copier issues, including:
• Changing toner
• Loading paper
• Clearing paper jams
• Strong customer service skills are required
• Experience with mail services, copy/production work, and printer/copier support is preferred
• Must be comfortable using computers
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, is preferred
• Adobe experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 12 months of related work experience
• Post-high school education preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with common software applications
• Ability to manage file folders and navigate network production folders
• Must accurately submit monthly expense reports according to coding requirements

• Office and/or warehouse environment

• Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of information and instructions
• Exposure to conditions that may result in minor cuts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Push or pull wheeled equipment weighing up to 400 pounds for repairs or relocation
• Walking between buildings may be required
• Moderate dexterity required, including:
• Keyboard use
• Calculator use
• Hand tool use
• Eye-hand coordination
• Close vision required

Dress Code

• Black slacks or khaki slacks
• Pullover shirt or polo shirt
• No t-shirts
• No holes, frays, or tears in clothing
• Neatly groomed appearance required
• Comfortable walking shoes or clean tennis shoes acceptable
• Some sites allow jeans; however, employees should always keep slacks available in case they are reassigned to another location
