Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 5 years of experience and ARDMS certification for a general ultrasound day shift position.

Details

• Ultrasound department setting
• Fri-Sun schedule, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• 36-40 guaranteed weekly hours with variable weekend hours
• Back up call required
• May float to Sanford location
• Uses Philips Epiq and GE E10 ultrasound equipment
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• ARDMS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information

• Scrubs of any color permitted
• 25-mile float policy between facilities as needed
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are not eligible for renewal or extension contracts
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
