Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines. Support emergency response activities, assist with traffic and/or pedestrian flow during shift operations, and report maintenance, operational, or security‑related concerns to the appropriate site personnel. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
