You're a visual storyteller with a strong eye for design and a portfolio that shows range — layouts that pull diverse elements together, versatility across styles, and work that's clean, considered, and compelling. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of 3D and digital designers across a diverse mix of projects, from large-scale conferences and consumer activations to VIP moments and everything in between.ResponsibilitiesDesign across a wide range of deliverables: event graphics, print files, deck cleanup and development, and conceptual visuals for presentations and pitchesDevelop visual communications and conceptual themes for existing clients, new business, and internal needsFollow and adhere to client brand guidelines while bringing a strong design sensibility to every projectCreate polished, client-focused presentations in Google Slides and PowerPointGenerate conceptual AI imagery for decks, activations, and early-stage conceptsWork across the tech portfolio and support conferences, consumer activations, and one-off experiencesCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, communicating ideas clearly and confidentlyManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, file hygiene, and deadline disciplineStay current on design and industry trendsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field — or equivalent experience2+ years of design experience; emerging talent with a strong portfolio encouraged to applyPortfolio school background (advertising-focused programs) a strong bonusAgency or experiential marketing experience helpful but not requiredTechnical SkillsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop;Google Slides and PowerPointFigma and familiarity with AI tools a plusMicrosoft Office & Google WorkspaceOther Skills and AbilitiesA portfolio that demonstrates layout thinking, diversity of style, and the ability to bring a cohesive package togetherSolid understanding of file preparation for print and digital productionAbility to work conceptually and translate direction into strong visual outputComfortable operating under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentCollaborative, flexible, and receptive — thrives as part of a creative teamDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and file organization habitsRequisition #: 2188We make our careers website accessible to any and all users.
