Job Qualifications - FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 YEARS
Strong work ethic, dependable
Attention to detail
Excellent telephone etiquette with a professional and pleasant manner
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to follow instructions closely, and to ask questions
Experience with Amicus is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude, energetic spirit, common sense, and practical problem-solving ability
Job Duties
Draft legal documents for clients under attorney supervision
Answer phone, respond to emails, and calendar appointments
Request intake information from clients, prepare intake files
Meet & greet clients
Copy, fax, scan and file documents
Prepare client correspondence and respond to requests
Prepare documents to file with the court
Calendar court hearings and deadlines
Maintain paper and e-files in a neat, organized manner
