We are seeking a powerhouse Trust and Estates Paralegal who is ready to work with an exceptional team of people who truly care about their work, their clients, and each other. This role will focus on Trust Administration, Estate Administration, Conservatorship, and Court Proceedings.

The ideal candidate will be a relational self-starter who is receptive, focused on solutions, and not afraid to be creative and adapt. We expect 2 years of experience as a paralegal and certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes. 

Compensation:

$32 - $38 per hour

Responsibilities:

Your roles and responsibilities as a paralegal empower you to act as the human connection between clients and the legal world, helping them to understand what they’re doing and how to do it.

• Day-to-day case management
• Drafting of pleadings, file memorandum, and case correspondence
• Direct contact and communication with clients and third parties
• Analysis of statutory requirements and responsibility for fulfillment of case milestones

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal
• Technologically proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and electronic case management systems
