Tampa Bay Collective is growing and looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team.
This is a people-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the campaigns we represent. You’ll help create positive interactions, answer questions, introduce customers to current products and services, and contribute to daily campaign goals.

What You’ll Do
Interact with customers face-to-face
Build rapport and create a positive customer experience
Introduce and explain client products, services, and campaigns
Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
Help identify customer needs and appropriate options
Support customer acquisition and campaign goals
Work alongside the team to achieve daily targets

You should enjoy a busy, social working environment and be able to communicate naturally with different personalities throughout the day.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or another people-facing role is helpful, but strong transferable skills are welcome.

Position Details
This is a full-time, in-person position in the Tampa area. The role involves direct, face-to-face customer interaction and is not remote or call-center based.
