Ground-up Commercial Construction Project Manager

A growing commercial general contractor in the Stillwater area is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects up to $20M. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more autonomy, direct access to ownership, and long-term growth potential. Responsibilities:

Manage ground-up commercial projects from start to finish

Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation

Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal team

Participate in light business development and relationship-building

Contribute to company growth and future strategic planning

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction

Successful track record managing small to mid-size projects (to ~$20M)

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a smaller company environment

Interest in business development and long-term career growth
