Are you a skilled construction professional with a knack for precision and a passion for delivering top-notch results? We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. If you have a strong background in estimating for roofing, siding, and exterior projects, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll DoAs our Construction Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects.
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labor, and time needs.
- Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to manage them.
- Assisting in bid preparation and presenting estimates to clients.
- Maintaining detailed records of estimates, proposals, and project costs.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings expertise and dedication to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in roofing, siding, and exterior projects.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
