What You’ll Do
As our Construction Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects.
Reviewing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labor, and time needs.
Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to manage them.
Assisting in bid preparation and presenting estimates to clients.
Maintaining detailed records of estimates, proposals, and project costs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings expertise and dedication to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:
5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in roofing, siding, and exterior projects.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
