What You’ll Do

As a Junior Field Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are accurately assessed and set up for success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting on-site evaluations of roofing and exterior construction projects.
• Measuring and documenting project details to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborating with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicating effectively with clients to address questions and provide clarity on estimates.
• Staying organized and maintaining detailed records of all estimates and project information.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring their skills to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as construction, roofing, or estimating.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Basic knowledge of roofing and exterior construction is a plus.
