Landscape Estimator
Zenere Companies, Inc.
Roy Zenere Trucking & Excavating has an immediate opening for an experienced Estimator with our Landscape team. This candidate must be able to perform all facets of routine commercial estimating for a wide variety of projects, using a cutting edge estimating system.
JOB OVERVIEW
- - Estimator should be able to calculate all related hardscape and softscape components of commercial projects including soil, plants, walls and various paving systems.
- - Work is both public and private, ranging from 10K to 2M.
- - Position requires coordinating with the production and administrative staffs on contract execution, purchasing and billing.
- - All bids are generated in-house and no cold-calling of general contractors is required.
- - Microsoft Excel and Word skills are necessary.
- - Two-three years of experience is required.
