If you're a Clinical Fellow:

Your CF year should be the foundation of a great career, not something you just survive. At Kidspeech, you'll have a dedicated CCC mentor who works with you consistently — giving you real feedback, real guidance, and the confidence to grow into the clinician you trained to be. You won't be handed a caseload and left to figure it out. We're with you every step.

If you're already CCC-certified:

You know what you're doing. You want a practice that knows it too — and gives you the autonomy to show it. Set your own hours, run your caseload your way, and do meaningful work with kids who need you. No micromanagement. No corporate red tape.

The practice:

Strong, steady caseload from day one. Digital documentation with full training. A collaborative team that includes OT, PT, and other professionals. And three Georgia locations to find the setup that works best for you.

The compensation:

Salary up to $110,000, based on experience, credentials, and hours. Tuition assistance available. Preference for 30+ hours per week.
