Compensation Analyst

An established financial services firm in Manhattan is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. Must have at least 3 years of strong reporting, Excel and data analytics skills, with experience in Python a huge plus. 6-month contract with possible extension Pay: $50/hr Hybrid schedule, 4 days onsite, 1 remote Responsibilitirs Support the organization's compensation department, ensuring seamless operations and data-driven decision-making Utilize advanced data analytics tools to manage and analyze compensation-related data Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to address compensation requests and reporting needs Contribute to workforce planning, bonus accruals, and headcount management through accurate data reporting Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple HR systems and platforms Develop and maintain documentation for data definitions, methodologies, and reporting pipelines Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation analytics Extract, clean, and aggregate data from HR systems to create dashboards and reports Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies Manage requests related to bonus accruals, headcount, and compensation adjustments Utilize Excel, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting Lead analytics projects to inform workforce planning and retention strategies Maintain documentation for analytical processes and methodologies Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics or related roles; 5 years preferred Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a strong asset Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
