Clinical Lab Supervisor – Flow Cytometry – 26-00042

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am

Requirements:

• Master's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences with 4+ years of laboratory experience (including 2 years in a clinical lab under a doctoral-level director), OR Bachelor's degree in a related science plus 1 year of training and 6+ years of clinical laboratory experience (including 2 years under a doctoral-level director).
• 6+ years of high-complexity testing experience preferred, including leadership/supervisory experience (internal experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist III may be required for promotion).
• Nationally: ASCP certification for the assigned specialty, as available
• CA: current state supervisor level license to perform laboratory testing

Flow Cytometry Technologist – 26-00238

Location: Los Alamitos, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Preferably 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (open to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) | No weekends

Requirements:

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required.
• Experience performing high-complexity laboratory testing.
• Prior flow cytometry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently as a solo technologist and manage laboratory responsibilities autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards, compliance requirements, and documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX for a two-week training program prior to working independently.
