What Our Techs Actually Make: $90,000 – $160,000+ per year
- Uncapped commission structure with a guarantee base
- Potential to earn $70+ per billed labor hour
- 5-day work week
- Steady workflow — most jobs are efficient "hang and bang" repairs
If you're certified and confident in your ability, this is a shop where your production directly controls your income. No cap. No ceiling. Just skill + efficiency = serious money.
$2,000–$3,000+ Per Week | Uncapped Commission | 5-Day Week
