The practice has a strong commercial litigation focus and acts for major domestic and international businesses on significant contentious matters.The team handles sophisticated disputes requiring not only strong technical litigation expertise, but also a clear understanding of the wider commercial and reputational issues facing clients. We combine deep knowledge of the Irish disputes market with the reach of Dentons’ global Dispute Resolution practice. This allows us to support clients on matters extending beyond Ireland, working collaboratively with disputes lawyers across Dentons’ international network on complex cross-border issues. The practice is ambitious and growing, with a strong emphasis on high-quality client service, collaboration and developing long-term relationships with clients. As the team continues to build its presence in the Irish market, it is well positioned to further develop its work across complex commercial and regulatory defence. The Role We are looking for a talented and commercially minded disputes lawyer with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE to the team.You will bring well-developed legal analysis, drafting and case management skills, together with sound commercial judgement and the confidence to work directly with clients.
