Caregiver Needed: Pearland, TX - Extended Day Shifts

As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are urgently hiring a dedicated Caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Pearland, TX. This position offers flexible scheduling with extended day shifts. We are seeking caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care. Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Pearland, TX) Shifts Available: Sunday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Extended Shifts) Responsibilities: * Run errands and provide transportation or assistance as directed. * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living support as needed. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: * Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients. * Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home). * Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
