Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a contract/temporary opportunity in Fremont, CA . This role supports a manufacturing quality team by performing first-piece, incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure products meet specifications, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming inspections and accurately receive parts into the warehouse using SAP Business One.
- Conduct in-process and outgoing inspections, including visual, mechanical, and basic electrical checks.
- Verify product measurements, labeling, material certifications, and customer quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit customer First Article Inspection Reports through required customer portals.
- Locate, prioritize, and close out job bags in alignment with production schedules.
- Troubleshoot quality issues using sound judgment, root cause thinking, and supervisor guidance when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM .
- Employment type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Fremont, CA.
- Start date: 8/17/2026.
- FLSA status: Non-Exempt.
