Robert Half's HR Solutions team is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Recruiter with a strong background in sales recruiting to support hiring initiatives for a client in Norcross, GA. This individual will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of sales and customer-facing positions, including Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), and Executive District Managers (EDMs). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, attracting, assessing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver quality hires that support business growth. This is a 100% onsite position in Norcross, Georgia, requiring a proactive, relationship-focused recruiter who can effectively manage multiple requisitions, engage passive candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and candidate sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for a diverse range of sales and customer-facing positions, including:
• Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)
• District Sales Managers (DSMs)
• Executive District Managers (EDMs)
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining recruiting quality and meeting established hiring timelines.

Sales Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales professionals across various markets and experience levels.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and specialized sales leadership positions.
• Identify candidates with strong sales acumen, business development capabilities, customer relationship skills, territory management experience, and leadership potential.
• Research relevant talent markets and competitor organizations to identify opportunities to attract top sales talent.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, sales experience, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit.
• Assess candidates' ability to succeed in target-driven environments, manage customer relationships, develop business opportunities, and meet performance expectations.
• Evaluate leadership, coaching, territory management, and team development experience for sales management positions.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries of their experience, strengths, and alignment with role requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sales recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales and customer-facing positions, including sales representatives, territory managers, district managers, or comparable sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Norcross, GA.
