FullTime Nanny for a 4 Month Old in Myers Park Starting October 14th

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Myers Park in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 4-month-old daughter. The nanny would be needed Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility to come in 30 minutes early or leave 30 minutes late (the family will request any flexibility ahead of time). The best nanny for this family would be kind, proactive, energetic, dependable, nurturing, and experienced in caring for infants. An ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and passionate about supporting growth and development through intentional, age-appropriate care. This family is seeking a nanny who will foster an interactive environment by planning activities that encourage developmental milestones, language development, and learning through play. They would love someone who enjoys going on outings to story time, music classes, parks, and other community activities that promote socialization and exploration. The nanny will maintain her daughter’s established daily routine, including her sleep schedule, and provide consistent care. The family values limited screen time and is looking for someone who prefers hands‑on engagement, reading, outdoor play, and creative activities over electronic entertainment. During nap time, the nanny will be proactive in assisting with child‑related household tasks and helping the home run smoothly.
