Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role helps build, test, and improve AI-powered features and services while learning how AI capabilities are delivered at scale in production environments. Job DescriptionContributing to the development of AI-enabled product features and workflows. Building and maintaining software components that integrate AI capabilities into applications. Assisting in the implementation of LLM-, agent-, or machine learning-based solutions under guidance from senior engineers. Participating in testing, evaluation, and monitoring of AI-powered features. Working with product and engineering teams to implement requirements and deliver functionality. Troubleshooting defects and performance issues in AI-enabled applications. Learning and applying engineering best practices for production-quality software development. Contributing to technical discussions and team design reviews. Supporting continuous improvement of AI capabilities across products. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent internship/co-op experience. Programming experience in Python or similar languages. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and system design concepts. Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agent-based systems through coursework, personal projects, or professional experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
