You will work directly with customers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process, contributing to a positive service experience.

• Process service invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions securely.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their service charges and payments.
• Assist service advisors by managing work orders and updating payment status.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Keep the cashier area orderly and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with accounting for transaction reconciliation and reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
