Office Clerk

Job Duties
Key Responsibilities:
• Printing and preparing vehicle deal folders from our remote Appcore representatives
• Review vehicle deals for accuracy and completeness which may include the following:
- Verify Gap/Service Contract costs - Confirm dealer spiffs and down payments - Verify title fees and paperwork - Communicate with Finance Managers on any missing paperwork• Data Entry: Entering information into computer systems and verifying accuracy
• Booking Appcore deals once the lender funds it:
- Enter FI Reserves/Rate Participations and lender fees - Calculate Lot Fee and F & I commissions• Send deals to Payables Clerk for posting/finalization
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (scanners, printers)
• Organization: High attention to detail and ability to maintain, organize, and update files
• Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently

High school diploma or equivalent

Dealership billing/office experience and/or CDK
