Health Studies Operations Engineer

Apple is seeking a Health Studies Operations Engineer to support the design coordination execution and monitoring of health studies. This highly dynamic role drives research to inform various health technologies.

Develop recruitment and enrollment throughput plans. Manage and communicate project status with cross-functional teams and external project scoping with research vendors including quotes contracts budget management and invoicing. Deliver high-quality low-cost and resolve risks to schedule and data quality. nJuggle multiple projects across geographic regions throughout the execute and report status with keen focus on data quality and closely with protocol designers to define study requirements. Must be comfortable designing studies and detailed research protocols when needed. nDevelop study documents like consent forms statements of work and organize configure and distribute study supplies and devices to study personnel on data collection protocol and best pilot studies and train study personnel on data collection procedures.

Minimum 3 years of experience in health research management health or engineering operations or relevant medical/clinical in nursing life sciences health or research-related discipline. nStrong human subjects research background and clear understanding of user study research lifecycle. nStrong technical skills to set up and troubleshoot hardware and ability to manage vendors to deliver integrating AI-assisted workflows into daily project execution to streamline repetitive tasks and scale output without compromising quality.

MS or PhD in nursing life sciences health or research-related discipline. nAbility to navigate ambiguous or changing study requirements while driving decisions and keeping the study on track record of delivering large-scale user studies for product -on experience configuring and troubleshooting wearable sensors or biometric collection devicesnProven ability to coordinate studies across multiple domestic and/or international sites and distributed vendor managing research budgets and contracts across multiple concurrent by managing fast-paced projects with minimal written and verbal communication to delivering high-quality results while resolving challenges.
