Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a warm, community-centered skilled nursing facility in the heart of Newfane, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on the evening or night shift. Our facility offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a close-knit, small-town setting where staff and residents know each other by name. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality resident care. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required for the RN Supervisor position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Duties
Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during the shift
Serve as the clinical leader and point of contact for the building
Ensure care is delivered according to care plans and facility standards
Support, guide, and mentor nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior nursing supervisor experience
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
