- Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
- While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
- No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
- All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
- Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
- Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
- Complimentary unlimited membership with free guest pass when sharing the same sauna
- We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules
- Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase

- Monday through Friday 630-12 pm
- Monday through Friday 12-4 pm
- Monday through Friday, 4:00-9:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 1030 to 6:30 pm

- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
