You will be expected to collaborate with client business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. We are looking for talented individuals who have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to deliver high quality end to end intuitive and impactful analytic products using advanced data driven approaches. Your work will provide exposure to multiple client business and technical leaders. You will work within a cross-functional team of data scientists, solution analysts, data engineers and product experts to execute solution deployments, analysis, and/or upgrades. You will master the analytics and methodology embedded into the solutions and the data concepts related to the sector domains. You will also develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions, loyalty, trade promotion management and/or assortment), to clearly articulate the benefits of Periscope to clients, both external and internal, and how they are implemented in an organization. This involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss how to drive user adoption and helping them with questions they might have regarding the solution and its impact to their business. You will be working in one of our North American offices as part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in business or in engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery
  • Experience working with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics, within CPG, and/or Retail organizations preferred
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
  • Some experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources
  • Able to identify requirements and translate into actionable design documentation
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity. Ability and experience to make decisions based on assumptions, data-led hypothesis testing and pro's/con's analysis
  • Experience with managing large scale projects, leading multiple workstreams and working with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decision-making
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with large data sources and proficiency in latest cloud based advanced tools and platforms
  • Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data team to collaboratively design, configure and deliver solutions
  • Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of business and technical knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts / solutions to business partners

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $140,000 - $144,200 USD gross per year. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
