About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Life Sciences Partnerships in Real World Research. This strategic, field-based role is pivotal in driving the adoption of real-world research solutions within the life sciences segment, with a focus on curated data products and studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for year-over-year bookings, revenue growth, and goal attainment, and must have a strong background in sales, real-world evidence, and a passion for oncology. Key responsibilities include leading the adoption of RWE solutions across strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to top biopharma customers, and acting as a liaison with other teams. The role demands a subject matter expert in oncology market trends, precision medicine, and related business imperatives, as well as the ability to provide competitive and market access intelligence. The VP will also be involved in developing and executing growth plans, coordinating cross-selling, and leading a RWE sales team. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 13 years' of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry, with a preference for those who have a background in oncology. A PhD or advanced clinical/research degree in epidemiology is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a history of exceeding sales targets and a strong desire to be part of a mission-driven business. Critical skills include the ability to engage with biopharma partners, manage multiple client interactions, and work across diverse, cross-functional teams.
