ENT / Otolaryngologist - Clinical Site Leader, Growth & Development

Position Overview: Our organization is in search of a skilled ENT / Otolaryngologist to act as the clinical leader for a newly established ENT practice in the Florida Gulf Coast region (Southwest/West-Central Florida). This is a remarkable opportunity for a physician eager to contribute significantly to the expansion of our presence in a new market while benefiting from the central and administrative support of a large local ENT group.

Key Responsibilities:De Novo Site Leadership, Growth & Practice Development:

• Act as the clinical leader for the new ENT facility.
• Collaborate with executive and local operational teams to initiate and develop the practice.
• Establish the practice's reputation within the local healthcare community.
• Work alongside the operational team to foster relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, urgent care providers, and other referral sources.

Clinical Practice:

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services across the full spectrum of general otolaryngology.
• Conduct relevant in-office procedures and surgical interventions.
• Create personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with other specialists.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Provide an outstanding patient experience while upholding high standards of clinical quality and safety.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and organizational clinical programs.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
• Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
• Possession of a valid Florida state medical license.
• Strong clinical judgment with a dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for developing new initiatives.
