Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• For DAYTIME Schedule availability before 5pm, available as early as 5:15am/5:45am
• For EVENING Schedule availability after 2pm, available until 10:15/11 on M-TH and 11/11:45 F/S
• Consistency and reliability

• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-40 lbs on a regular basis

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

Work schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
