This contract role serves as a strategic Recruiting Business Partner within a high-growth cloud organization, supporting technical hiring at scale. You will partner closely with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting activities focused on closing candidates, managing offers, overseeing immigration, and coordinating pre-boarding and on-boarding. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, exceptional candidate experience, and continuous process improvement across all recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
• Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy to support consistent and competitive hiring decisions.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes.
• Manage immigration cases and collaborate with internal immigration teams to support timely visa sponsorships and transfers.
• Own the offer process end-to-end, including securing approvals, generating offer documents, extending offers, and leading negotiations.
• Handle pre-boarding questions from candidates and coordinate on-boarding logistics to ensure a seamless transition for incoming hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in the applicant tracking system (Hire) and ensure data integrity across all requisitions.
• Facilitate debrief discussions with interview panels and calibrate interviewers to maintain consistent hiring standards and bar-raising expectations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase recruiting velocity and enhance the quality of hire.
• Collaborate regularly with hiring managers, compensation teams, immigration partners, and recruiters to align on offer strategies and pipeline handoffs.
• Participate in regular meetings such as debriefs, hiring manager syncs, immigration check-ins, and candidate calls to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Perform focused, heads-down work on offer approvals and generation, immigration case handling, pre-boarding coordination, ATS data hygiene, and candidate communications.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a recruiter or Recruiting Business Partner supporting technical roles in a high-volume or large-scale environment.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing handoffs, offer management, and closing candidates.
• Strong knowledge in talent acquisition with experience partnering closely with hiring managers as a client lead or primary recruiting contact.
• Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Hire, with a focus on data accuracy and pipeline management.
• Ability to provide data-driven guidance on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy to support consistent and equitable hiring decisions.
• Experience managing immigration-related cases in collaboration with internal immigration teams, including visa sponsorships and transfers.
• Proficiency in driving structured interview processes and facilitating debrief discussions to maintain consistent hiring standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage timely, clear, and professional candidate and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions, offers, and candidate workflows simultaneously.
• Comfort working within a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams such as hiring managers, compensation, and immigration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working within or supporting cloud technology organizations or large-scale technology environments.
• Knowledge as a client lead or primary point of contact for hiring managers across multiple technical teams.
• Familiarity with process improvement initiatives in recruiting, including designing and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
• Exposure to high-growth or large-scale hiring environments, with insight into how major cloud providers recruit at scale.
• Qualification or prior experience aligned with Recruiting-AWS-VAR or similar AWS-focused recruiting programs.
• Ability to balance heads-down analytical work with collaborative stakeholder engagement throughout the week.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing complex or competitive offer scenarios.

Work Environment

This role is onsite in Seattle and operates in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment supporting a leading cloud provider. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime and no holiday work expected. A typical day includes approximately 20% time in meetings such as debriefs with interview panels, hiring manager syncs, immigration check-ins, and candidate calls; 50% heads-down work focused on offer approvals and generation, immigration case management, pre-boarding coordination, ATS (Hire) data hygiene, and candidate communications; and 30% collaborative work partnering with hiring managers on offer strategy, working with compensation and immigration teams, and coordinating with recruiters on pipeline handoffs. The environment emphasizes professionalism, structured processes, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams while working with modern recruiting tools and systems.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $63.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle,WA.
