You will proactively adjust care plans in real-time, ensuring that every shift in a neonate's status is met with an immediate, expert response.Serve as the central coordinator for a massive multidisciplinary team to ensure a unified, "whole-baby" approach to healing.As the primary educator and translator for families in crisis; you will coordinate complex discharge planning, transforming parents into confident caregivers for their medically fragile infants.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
