- Provide physical therapy services in a primarily outpatient hospital setting
- Deliver inpatient physical therapy care as needed
- Treat swingbed patients in accordance with facility protocols and care plans
- Conduct home health physical therapy visits as assigned
- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in a hospital or multi-setting clinical environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, swingbed, and/or home health settings
- Ability to adapt to varied patient populations and care environments
- Opportunity to practice across multiple care settings, gaining broad clinical experience
- Contract placement with a target start date, offering flexibility and professional growth
