Dorchester, Massachusetts – Primary Care Physician Job (Permanent)

Clinical Role:

• Permanent opening due to organizational growth
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible:
  • Family Medicine physician
  • Internal Medicine physician
• Medicare-focused patient population (65+)
• Hybrid schedule
• Four onsite days per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• One remote day per week
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Part-time option available
• Light call schedule
  • Approximately two evenings per month
  • Approximately two weekends per year
• Average patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
• Comprehensive, team-based primary care model
• Focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and social support
• In-clinic and virtual care options
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals
• Emphasis on social determinants of health including housing, food security, and loneliness
• Work alongside another physician and three APPs
• No APP supervision required
• EMR: Athena

Organization Information:

• Base salary: $250,000-$290,000 DOE
• 10% bonus opportunity
