Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency and reliability
• If full time must be fully available (Monday-Saturday)
• If part time, daytime must be available (Monday-Friday 4am-4pm, all day Saturday) or nighttime (Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm, all day Saturday)
• High School student must be available (Monday-Friday 4pm-10:30pm and fully available on Saturday)
• Cheerful and positive attitude

• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs on a regular basis

• Have the ability to work outside for extended periods of time
