Construction Sales Representative
$150K–$350K+ Per Year
We are a growing roofing company specializing in storm related roof damage and insurance restoration work. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales.
No roofing experience is required. We provide training and support to help you learn the business and succeed in the role.
Fast Growing Roofing Company specializing in storm damaged roofing issues.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing solutions
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process
- Set appointments and assist in closing sales
Requirements
- Previous sales, canvassing, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and building relationships
- Willing to work outdoors
- Coachable, self-motivated, and dependable
- Able to climb a ladder for roof inspections
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation
- $150K–$350K+ per year
- Top performers earn $450K+
- Uncapped commissions
- Full training provided
