MountainStar Healthcare is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Laboratory Services team within our regional network of hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will perform and validate routine and complex diagnostic tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank to support safe, patient-first care. You’ll ensure accurate, timely results, maintain rigorous quality and regulatory standards, and operate advanced analyzers and laboratory information systems. Working in a collaborative, compassionate culture, you’ll partner with nurses and providers, contribute to continuous improvement, and access ongoing professional development within our HCA-affiliated, mission-driven healthcare system.
