Our network of high-standard professionals provides exceptional care to our patients throughout Connecticut!Currently, we're in search of a highly motivated Full-time Dental Assistant. Candidate should have a strong work-ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multitask.Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Greet and seat patientsAct as a liaison between the patient and the doctorSet up trays as indicated by the days' chartsReview schedules and anticipate the doctor's needs in advanceAssist chairside using four-handed dentistryEnter treatment plansTake x-rays as neededClean and disinfect operatory after each patientTake alginates/pour and trim modelsPackage and sterilize instrumentsKeep operatory fully stockedAct as a liaison between the patient and the doctorBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planRequirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Superior customer service skillsWillingness to learn & growA desire to become part of our family-oriented team & support our mission to deliver the best patient experience possible!Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Valhalla, NYAvailable to work the following days:5 days per week1 Saturday per monthPreferred Qualities:Dental Office ExperienceDentrix Ascend software experienceX-Ray and ICE Certification
