Residence ManagerOhel is seeking an energetic Residence Manager to oversee a residential program serving adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). The ideal candidate is a compassionate, people-oriented leader who can effectively manage a team providing 24-hour support and supervision.The Residence Manager will play a dual administrative and clinical role, ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the individuals residing in the program. Responsibilities include overseeing the physical, emotional, and medical care of residents; maintaining the physical plant of the home; ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations; and supervising an interdisciplinary team.The Residence Manager will work closely with individuals and their families, day program staff, medical providers, agency supervisors, and other colleagues to coordinate services and promote the highest quality of care.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities1–2 years of supervisory experience preferredValid NY or NJ driver's license requiredStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage both administrative and clinical responsibilitiesPosition includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance.
