Hospice of Southern Illinois is a not-for-profit, community-based hospice serving Southern Illinois and St. Louis Metro-East. The LPN field staff provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, primarily in patients' homes, with mileage reimbursement and a strong emphasis on end-of-life care.
