Paralegal

Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Paralegal with a major corporation in Burbank, CA. 4 days per week on-site, Fridays Remote.


6+ month contract
Pay Rate: $38- $41/hr DOE



What You Will Do:
Your role is essential in supporting the Unscripted Production Legal Affairs department as you:

• Provide administrative and legal support on production-related matters including indemnity agreements, PSAs, licenses, talent agreements, and various other production agreements.
• Draft and maintain production contracts, licensing agreements, and related legal documents.
• Organize and manage electronic file systems and production records, including talent files and rights documentation.
• Assist in managing and tracking production agreements across multiple productions.
• Responsible for document execution.
• Draft summaries and coordinate information for production legal matters.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive talent and production information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in entertainment law, production law, or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of entertainment and media law principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple production matters simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive talent and production information.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight production timelines and deadlines.
• Experience with talent agreements, releases, and rights documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in television, film, or streaming production environments.
• Experience with NetDocuments, Excel and AI

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree and/or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience as set forth by the American Bar Association and any applicable state codes
