Job Description
Title: Healthcare Professional - Nursing

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data relevant to patient health and care needs.
- Develop and implement care plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients and families about health information and care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the responsibilities of healthcare team members.
